Terms & Conditions

TIYL Financial, LLC · Effective date: March 2026 · Last updated: October 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of tiylfinancial.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of books and related products from TIYL Financial, LLC (“TIYL Financial,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are and What We Sell

TIYL Financial is a faith-based financial stewardship education company. We sell The L.Y.T. Framework: A Christian Guide to Financial Stewardship (the “Book”) as single copies and in bulk packs. Contact us for bulk pricing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place the order for you. Our Site is not directed to children under 13.

3. Educational Purpose Only: Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

The Book and everything on this Site are for general education and discussion. They are not personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and TIYL Financial is not your financial advisor, attorney, or accountant. We do not know your full situation. Before you make financial decisions, speak with a qualified professional who does.

Personal finance involves risk. We make no promise or guarantee of any financial result, income, savings, or investment return. Examples, figures, and account types we describe are illustrative. Laws, rates, and limits change.

4. Orders and Pricing

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, which connects to our WooCommerce store. We never see or store your full card number. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Print-on-Demand Production and Shipping

Every Book is printed to order by a third-party printing partner, Lulu Publishing, and shipped directly to the address you provide. Because of this:

7. Returns, Damaged Books, and Refunds

Since each Book is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

We will replace or refund your order if a Book arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is not what you ordered. To request this:

If an order never arrives, contact us and we will work with the printer and carrier to resend it or refund you.

8. Bulk, Group, and Sponsor Purchases

Many buyers purchase for a family member, student group, team, church, school, or as a donor gift. If you buy as a sponsor or donor, you are responsible for deciding who receives the Books. TIYL Financial is not responsible for how recipients use them. A donor purchase is a purchase of Books, not a charitable contribution to TIYL Financial, and we do not issue tax receipts for Book purchases unless we state otherwise in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

The Book, the L.Y.T. Framework, the TIYL name and logo, and all content on the Site are owned by TIYL Financial, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. All rights reserved.

You may read, gift, lend, and resell your own physical copy of the Book. You may not copy, scan, upload, distribute, translate, or publicly post the Book or substantial parts of it, or use our name, logo, or framework in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission. Short quotations for review or discussion with credit to the Book are welcome.

10. Scripture

Scripture quotations are from the ESV® Bible (The Holy Bible, English Standard Version®), © 2001 by Crossway, a publishing ministry of Good News Publishers. All rights reserved.

11. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to: break or probe the security of the Site, use bots or scrapers to collect data, submit false information or someone else’s payment details, attempt unauthorized access to any system, upload malicious code, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

12. Third-Party Links and Partners

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. If we ever earn compensation from a link or partner, we will disclose it clearly near that link.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TIYL Financial, LLC and its owners, officers, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any financial loss arising from your use of the Book or Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless TIYL Financial, LLC from claims, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law and Disputes
